Refund and Return Policy
Please read the following carefully and then submit a refund request to us by creating a ticket in the support section.
Refund requests must be clear and acceptable:
- Before you purchase, make sure you request a trial account.
- We have set up a test account so you can test it out.
- If you are not satisfied, do not purchase long-term service.
- If your internet speed is slow, you will not be able to view and use our CHECKWERELD services and then request a refund.
- The large CHECKWERELD team is always ready to respond 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- If for any reason you are unable to set up the CHECKWERELD service on the devices you have, this is non-refundable.
- Please watch and learn the necessary IPTV setup tutorials.
- If you made a mistake when selecting the service and completed the payment, you can find a ticket titled “Create” in the support section. Our support team will review it, accept it and process the refund. Payment error: This means that you want to purchase a 3-month service, but you accidentally chose and paid for a year or less.
- If your account expires 7 days later, the refund request will not be accepted.
